Infrastructure needs vary significantly across regions. Urbanization continues to accelerate across Southeast Asia, Central Asia is pushing forward with large-scale livelihood and infrastructure projects, Africa faces a substantial gap in essential utilities, and mature economies in North America and Europe are focused on modernizing aging systems.

For bulky and heavy piping products, long-distance shipping is rarely the most effective solution. High logistics costs, limited delivery radii, and the need for responsive technical support make a strong local presence essential. That is why local manufacturing and operations remain at the heart of our strategy.

Through a phased expansion approach, we have established manufacturing bases across Asia, Africa, North America, South America, and Europe. The opening of our North American and Indonesia facilities in 2012 marked an important milestone in building a global footprint that has become increasingly integrated over time.

Seeing opportunity is one thing. Building capability where it matters most is what sets us apart.

2） From Presence to Impact

Leveraging the momentum of rising cross-border infrastructure investment, we have accelerated our localization journey. Early on, we recognized a simple truth: identifying opportunity is only the first step; creating lasting impact requires deep local roots. That is why we prioritized establishing production bases in key markets from the very beginning.

Across Southeast Asia, we have strengthened manufacturing capabilities in Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam, combining global engineering expertise with local market insights to expand product portfolios and accelerate delivery. Indonesia, in particular, has developed a comprehensive local ecosystem spanning manufacturing, technical services, distribution, and after-sales support.

In Cambodia, our piping systems play a vital role in the country’s oil refinery project and support airport water supply, drainage, and power transmission systems, contributing to critical national infrastructure.

Across Africa, we provide essential solutions for rural electrification and water conservancy programs, helping strengthen power and communications networks in local communities.

In South Asia, our products have been deployed in the Phase II of the Hambantota Port Development Project in Sri Lanka, supporting water supply and utility cabling systems that form part of the backbone of a growing port city. 

What we deliver is more than pipes. We deliver dependable infrastructure that supports livelihoods, empower communities, and enables long-term development.

3) From Volume to Ecosystem

As our global network continues to expand, we recognize that true localization goes far beyond revenue growth.

It creates jobs, strengthens communities, enhances supply chain resilience, and helps mitigate trade and currency volatility. More importantly, it reflects a broader transformation in manufacturing, from volume-driven expansion to value-driven growth, and from product supply to ecosystem collaboration.

True localization means investing in local talent, adapting technology to local needs, and building business models that create lasting value for local stakeholders.
