We place great emphasis on management, both within and beyond the company, formulating a range of management policies to achieve sound corporate governance and ensure the provision of high-quality products and services that adhere to the principles of sustainable development.

Organizational Framework for Sustainable Development

Sustainable Development Committee, as a specialised committee established under the Board of our Group, is responsible for enhancing and assisting the Board in supervising, implementing and advancing matters relating to environmental, social and governance (ESG) to ensure that the Group's operations align with national policies, regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations, with the aim of achieving long-term value creation. Sustainable Development Committee is comprised of at least three members, including executive directors, independent non-executive directors and other members(which may include senior management as selected by the Group).

Communication with Stakeholders

The Board maintains keep close relationship with shareholders and investors viaregular general meetings. Through cooperating with excellent suppliers, we manage production with high standards to provide our clients with goods of guaranteed quality.

Management Policy

We have established an "Anti-Fraud Management System," formed an Anti-Fraud Management Task Force, and set up multiple management channels to prevent actions that could harm the interests of the group and its shareholders. We place great emphasis on intellectual property protection, adopting anti-counterfeiting measures for all of our products. We steadfastly refuse to engage in inhumane production practices such as child labor or sweatshops.
