Its main products include PVC pipes and fittings, HDPE reinforced hollow-walled winding pipes, HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes, HDPE reinforced winding corrugated pipes, PE water pipes, and PP-R water pipes. The company is committed to building a mechanized, automated, intelligent, and modern factory.
The company covers an area of 300 mu with a total investment of RMB 900 million, and the project is being implemented in two phases. The first phase, with an investment of RMB 400 million, commenced construction in July 2015 and covers a built-up area of approximately 80,000 square meters. It is divided into three functional zones: living, office, and production. The production area includes a fittings workshop, a large-diameter PE/PP-R workshop, and a PVC extrusion workshop, mainly producing PVC drainage pipes, PVC conduit pipes, PVC wire ducts, PVC double-wall corrugated pipes, PP-R water pipes, and HDPE municipal pipes, with an annual production capacity of approximately 100,000 tons. The second phase, with an investment of RMB 500 million, began construction in July 2021 and covers a built-up area of approximately 58,000 square meters. It includes a PVC workshop, a PE/PP-R municipal workshop, a crushing workshop, and a storage and logistics center. Upon completion, the second phase will add an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons. In 2021, the company achieved an annual production capacity of 113,300 tons, generating sales revenue of RMB 1.118 billion and tax contributions of RMB 60.09 million.
